Their website doesn't offer an email address or a phone number for customer support even though their HELP instructions/FAQ info directs you to contact them via email, chat, or by phone. I had to delete my entire profile to feel as though I had some sort of resolution. My fear was they would continue to charge my credit card even though I never authorized any charges nor did I say yes to a subscription. I still am not sure how they got my credit card number, actually. |
